Fixed prices. No meter running.
Every stage of your matter has a written, fixed quote before work starts. Where the shape of the case makes fixed pricing impossible (a fully contested court case, for example), we tell you upfront and cap our hourly rate.

| Prenuptial Agreements | £1,250 fixed fee | Protect assets, expectations and family wealth before you marry. |
| Postnuptial Agreements | £1,250 fixed fee | Set expectations for the future, after you've already married. |
| Cohabitation Agreements | £850 fixed fee | For unmarried couples living together, because 'common-law marriage' isn't a thing. |
| Separation Agreements | £950 fixed fee | For couples separating without (yet) divorcing. |
| Civil Partnership Dissolution | £750 + court fee | The equivalent of divorce for civil partners, same care, same expertise. |
| Domestic Abuse & Injunctions | Legal Aid may apply, call first | Non-molestation and occupation orders, often the same day. |
| Adoption | £1,800 fixed fee | Step-parent adoption and private adoption applications. |
Prices are indicative and confirmed in your written engagement letter. Court and disbursement fees are additional.
Legal Aid
You may qualify for help with fees.
Domestic abuse cases
Non-molestation and occupation orders are eligible for Legal Aid in most cases, with a wider means threshold than other family matters.
Children matters
Public law children cases (e.g. care proceedings) and some private law children matters can attract Legal Aid on limited means.
MIAM & mediation
The Mediation Information and Assessment Meeting is free of charge to the party on Legal Aid, and both first mediation sessions can be free.
